Terms & Conditions

By booking a photoshoot with me, you automatically agree to the following terms:

1. Familiarity with My Style & Client Participation. By booking, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed my photography and editing style and that it aligns with your expectations. You also agree to be actively involved in the process.You are fully responsible for your appearance, outfit, props, hairstyle, makeup, and any other visual details.
2. Editing Style. All photos are edited in my signature style. Requests for different editing or specific retouching are possible for an additional fee.
3. Original (Unedited) Files. Requesting unedited files (RAW or unprocessed JPEGs) means partial transfer of copyright. A 200 CAD feeapplies.
4. Preserving Artistic Integrity & Credit. Please do not apply filters, color changes, or crops to my work. If such edits are made, you agree not to credit me as the photographer (in posts, publications, or any public use).
5. Use of Photos in Portfolio & Promotion. I reserve the right to use the images I create (including photos of children and adults) in my portfolio, on social media, and for promotional purposes.If you do not consent to public sharing, please inform me before the photoshoot.
6. Feedback & Dissatisfaction. If you’re unhappy with the preview, please let me know right away. We candiscuss a partial refund (excluding the deposit), and I will not proceed with full editing or delivery.Once the full gallery has been delivered and the work is completed, refunds are not possible.
