About me…
My name is Vasylyna, and I work under the artistic name Pylypivna. I specialize in creative, emotional photographythat captures authenticity and the unique essence of each person.
My vision isn’t for everyone — just like photography itself isn’t only about looking “pretty.” I don’t chase perfection, I don’t use artificial backdrops or trendy bought presets. I stand for honesty, depth, natural light, and self-discovery.
Every person who stands in front of my lens is a story, and every photo should reflect that individuality.
A little about me:
I’m 25 years old, originally from Ukraine, but was forced to move to Canada because of the war. Photography isn’t just a job — it’s the meaning of my life, the one thing that truly makes me happy.
I live with serious eye problems: one eye is completely blind, and the other is constantly undergoing treatment to preserve what vision remains. I experience chronic pain in my eyes every day — and emotional pain whenever I’m not photographing.
Academically, I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a specialization in quality assessment and business management.
But at heart, I’m fully a creative: a photographer, poet, and writer.
I invite you to become part of my art.
Because what I offer is more than just a photo — it’s a story, a feeling, something real.
